Bareteri is a modern, comfortable and tidy holiday home located on the second floor of a newly renovated building in "Sestiere San Marco" not far from the historic church of St. Marco, with two amazing terraces.

In the most elegant and historic part of Venice, overlooking a wonderful Rio, Residenza ai Bareteri stands out, a modern charming apartment with every kind of comfort, starting from an entirely marble bathroom , passing through a kitchen with a granite top and silver leaf doors and ending in a wonderful living room with a Venetian terrace and with a breathtaking view of a busy Rio of Venetian Gondolas. Completely renovated with famous designer furniture, Residenza ai Bareteri consists of two wonderful terraces where you can dine in the moonlight with your loved one or relax after a walk through the historic center.

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with wifi connection, TV, air conditioning, kitchenette with cutlery, stove, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher, washing machine and dryer; sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided according to the number of guests.

San Marco district is the tourist heart of Venice with famous monuments such as the Basilica di San Marco, Palazzo Ducale and Ponte dei Sospiri. The area is always crowded and there are many restaurants near Piazza San Marco as well as in the surrounding areas which offer multilingual menus for international tourists. The area is provided also of many shops and supermarkets. The apartment position is perfect to visti Piazza San Marco and Rialto.

Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.

A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:

FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am.
