Rights of the interested party
Article 7 of the aforementioned decree gives the interested party the exercise of specific rights. In particular, the interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data, even if not yet registered, and that such data be made available in an intelligible form. You can also ask to know the origin of the data, the logic, the purposes and methods on which the processing is based as well as the identification details of the Data Controller. You can obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law as well as the updating, rectification or, if there is interest, the integration of the data.
