Angel's Luxury House

Located in the heart of Venice, S. Marco district, where art and elegance blend, Angel's Luxury House offers a splendid residence, completely renovated, 30 steps from the Grand Canal.

The so called "terra-cielo" apartment, It is located a few minutes from Palazzo Grassi, Accademia Bridge, Peggy Guggenheim Collection, Rialto Bridge, Piazza S. Marco, Teatro La Fenice and easily reachable thanks to the proximity of vaporettos, taxis and connections to the airport.

The non-smoking property offers a quiet and characteristic internal garden, air conditioning, free WIFI connection and 2 TVs, Riva sound system.

The apartment has 1 bedroom with one double bed. and a little bedroom with a single one which can be used only when booked for 3 guests with an extra cost, washing-machine, fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven and dishwasher.

There are also 2 bathrooms , one of those without shower.

EXTRA COSTS IMPORTANT :

A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

TOURIST TAX: you will be asked to pay it the day of your arrival via Airbnb and it is NOT included in the cost of the booking.

FULL PRICE: €3,00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: €1,50 PER PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS INCLUDED PER NIGHT.
