Lovely apartment close by the wonderful church Santa Maria dei Miracoli!

The apartment on the third floor has a spacious kitchen equipped with everything you need such as an oven, microwave, kettle, fridge and a comfortable dining table. The corridor leads to the bathroom and a small relax area where we find a comfortable sofa on which you cabìn relax with a book and then leads to the double bedroom, equipped with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bedside tables and TV. From there you have access to the small but charming internal terrace .

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and has a little terrace ,air conditioning,TV , washing machine, wifi , oven and microwave ; sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided based on the number of guests.

Check in can be done from 3pm to 7pm.

A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

The CITY TAX must be payed cash on arrival and it's not included in the cost of the stay. FULL PRICE: 3,00€ each person per night.
REDUCED PRICE: 1,50€ each person per night (aged between 10/16 years old).
FREE for children under 10 years old.

Check-out must be done within 10:00 am, it is not possible to leave the luggages in the apartment after 10:00am.
