Boldù Terrace

Boldù Terrace is an apartment with a breathtaking view of the Venice lagoon on the fourth floor of a recently restored building in the beautiful area of Cannaregio.

The apartment is furnished in a classic style, and full of traditional details such as the exposed beams of the ceiling. Despite this, it is equipped with everything needed to enjoy a pleasant stay and to easily reach all the most interesting sites. It is in fact very close to the Fondamente Nuove waterbus stop, from where you must take the boat to visit the other famous islands such as Murano, and it is also convenient for reaching the airport with the Alilaguna line. Consisting of a bedroom with one double bed, a spacious bathroom with shower and a bright living area with kitchen, the highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the wonderful terrace with spectacular view of Venice lagoon and Murano island; the perfect spot to enjoy the peaceful comings and goings of the boats at the end of the day with a glass of wine in one hand.

Equipped with terrace, air conditioning, wifi connection, dishes and cutlery, stove, coffee maker and kettle, the accommodation can host a maximum of two people and is also equipped with sheets, blankets, pillow covers, towels, shampoo and soaps according to the number of guests.

The apartment is in Cannaregio, one of the most authentic and lively areas of Venice. It is a 20-minute walk from the railway station and with a direct connection to the M. Polo airport (40 min) via the Alilaguna line service. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services in the area: it is located not far from Strada Nuova, the main street where you can find shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and close to the famous fondamenta della Misericordia which is the best area for the happy hour...

Check in can be done from 3pm to 7pm.
A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

The CITY TAX must be payed cash on arrival and it's not included in the cost of the stay. FULL PRICE: 4,00€ each person per night.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ each person per night (aged between 10/15 years old).
FREE for children under 10 years old.

Check-out must be done within 10:00 am, it is not possible to leave the luggages in the apartment after 10:00am.
