Ca' Circe

Just renovated pretty studio apartment in the heart of Venice on the ground floor.

Ca' Circe is a charming and refined studio apartment and is composed of a beautiful living room with television, an equipped kitchenette and a very comfortable double bed in the night area which is separated from the living area by an elegant curtain. There is also a bathroom equipped with every necessary comfort, everything has just been renovated.

The accommodation offered is suitable for couples and travelers who want to enjoy a few days in beautiful Venice and be in a strategic position to move comfortably throughout the historic center.

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with ducted air conditioning, wifi connection, moka, oven, induction cooker and sheets, blankets, pillow covers, towels, shampoo and bars of soap based on the number of guests.

IMPORTANT:

CHECK-IN: Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.

A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

TOURIST TAX: you will be asked to pay it the day of your arrival via Airbnb and it is NOT included in the cost of the booking.

FULL PRICE: €4.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: €2.00 PER PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS INCLUDED PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UP TO 10 YEARS (EXCLUDED)
