The Ca' dei Carmini Apartments are seven completely renovated apartments in an ancient building near Campo Santa Margherita. All apartments have wonderful views on the canal and you will have the opportunity to enjoy the canal view directly from our apartment.
The recent restoration of the apartment has brought to light a beautiful marble balustrade that divides the living room furnished in a modern style, from the double bedroom furnished with wooden furniture. The result is a wonderful mix of ancient and modern style. Ca 'dei Carmini - Ancient Suite consists of a living room with sofa, a double bedroom with a wonderful view of a typical Venetian canal, a kitchen with dining table complete with all comforts and a bathroom with shower.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with air conditioning, wifi connection, dishwasher, TV. Sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soaps are provided based on the number of guests.
Dorsoduro is the most youthful district of Venice, in fact it can be considered the university district of the city. Campo Santa Margherita is the beating heart of this area, a meeting point for students who flock to the many bars in the square for the happy area. Not only the hub of the nightlife, in fact there are also many tourist attractions to visit that are located in this area such as the famous Gallerie dell'Accademia with the masterpieces of the famous Venetian artists, the renowned Peggy Guggenheim Collection , and Punta della Dogana.
The apartment is a 10/15 minute walk from all these attractions, being right behind Campo Santa Margherita, but at the same time outside the tourist flow in the most peaceful area of the district, and 15 minutes from the train and bus stations (Piazzale Roma).
Check-in is from 3PM, and you need to be in touch with us so that we can provide you with the correct position of the apartment.
NEW CONDITIONS FOR CHECK IN FROM JANUARY 2025 ON:
Check in is free and guarnteed from 3pm to 7pm. A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.
After booking you will be asked to:
- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.
The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:
FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/16 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am.
