Ca' delle Muneghe is a new and modern apartment ideal for a short stay in Venice.
Being away from the most popular streets and alleys, this small opportunity is ideal for spending a short stay in the most authentic climate of the city and in tranquility.
The apartment has an open space with living room and kitchen, a full bathroom and a double bedroom. From the bedroom you can access the lovely private courtyard ideal for relaxing with a cool drink after a day spent among the Venetian streets!
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with air conditioning in the living room; kitchen with moka coffee machine, oven and dishwasher , stove and a little private courtyard ; sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided based on the number of guests.
The Sestiere is Cannaregio: one of the most authentic and lively areas of Venice. Ca' delle Muneghe is located 10 minutes walk from the train station and with a direct connection to the M. Polo airport (40 min) via the Alilaguna scheduled service. Off the beaten track, but close to all the amenities in the area: the renowned fish market of Ponte delle Guglie, the traditional Jewish bakery of the Ghetto, the famous Fondamenta della Misericordia which is the best area for an aperitif... and of course close to supermarkets and grocery stores.
IMPORTANT:
CHECK-IN: Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.
Check in is free and guarnteed from 3pm to 7pm. A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.
After booking you will be asked to:
- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.
TOURIST TAX: you will be asked to pay it the day of your arrival via Airbnb and it is NOT included in the cost of the booking.
FULL PRICE: €4.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: €2.00 PER PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS INCLUDED PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UP TO 10 YEARS (EXCLUDED)
