Ca' delle Vele

The Ca 'delle Vele apartment is a nice and welcoming holiday apartment located on the first floor of a building in the "Sestiere Cannaregio" a few minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge, in an area full of typical restaurants where you can enjoy a "Cicheto" with the inevitable spritz.

Composed of a spacious and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with tub with shower. The whole apartment is well furnished and comfortable. The accommodation is suitable for couples and travelers who want to enjoy a few days in beautiful Venice. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with ducted air conditioning, internet connection, TV, moka; in addition, sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are provided based on the number of guests.

The flat is located in the lively and authenic area of Cannaregio. It is at 10 minutes' walk from the train station and with a direct connection to the M. Polo Airport (40 min) via Alilaguna boat-line service. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services of the area: the renowned fish market of Ponte delle Guglie, the traditional Jewish Bakery Shop of the Ghetto, and Fondamenta della Misericordia which is the best happy hour spot… and of course supermarkets and food stores.


CHECK-IN: Check-in is from 3PM, and you need to be in touch with us so that we can provide you with the correct position of the apartment and the code to get inside.

NEW CONDITIONS FOR CHECK IN FROM JANUARY 2025 ON:

Check in is free and guarnteed from 3pm to 7pm. A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

EXTRA COSTS:


The CITY TAX must be payed cash on arrival and it's not included in the cost of the stay. FULL PRICE: 4,00€ each person per night.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ each person per night (aged between 10/15 years old).
FREE for children under 10 years old.

Check-out must be done within 10:00 am, it is not possible to leave the luggages in the apartment after 10:00am.
