Prestigious "terra - cielo" apartment perfect for families!
Ca' di Loto is a very original apartment so called "terra - cielo", a term that identifies the layout on multiple floors.
Equipped with a single entrance, the apartment is accessed directly from the street. On the ground floor we find the first of the two double bedrooms, tastefully decorated and equipped with the necessary comforts including a complete en suite bathroom.
Going up the first flight of stairs you reach the living area, an area with an open space kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, dining table and everything you need to feel at home: we also find a sofa and a television.
On the top floor we find the master bedroom, finely and also picturesque decorated and from which you access the ensuite bathroom.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has air conditioning, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave , dishwaher, washing machine and dryer and wifi; sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided based on the number of guests.

ONLY FOR QUIET PEOPLE - ABSOLUTELY NOT ALLOWED PARTIES - BE RESPECTFUL OF THE NEIGHBOORS AND OF THE APARTMENT
EXTRA COSTS IMPORTANT :
A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.
After booking you will be asked to:
- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.
TOURIST TAX: you will be asked to pay it the day of your arrival via Airbnb and it is NOT included in the cost of the booking.
FULL PRICE: €4,00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: €2,00 PER PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS INCLUDED PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UP TO 10 YEARS (EXCLUDED)
NB. In failure to comply with one of the previous points we do not guarantee access to the structure.
