Ca' Naviglio is a two-story property made up of five beautiful bedrooms, each with its own unique style and private en-suite bathroom and a common area, all just newly renoveted..

On the ground floor we have the Vivaldi and Tiepolo double bedrooms, on the first floor the bright Marco Polo and Lord Byron and on the second floor the Casanova family suite for four guests, complete with a private balcony.

The structure is located in the lively and authenic area of Cannaregio. It is at 20 minutes' walk from the train station and one minute walking from Ca' D'Oro water bus station. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services of the area: in fact it is situated in Strada Nuova, the main street in Venice, where you can find supermakets, shops, restaurants, bars and only 10 minutes walking to Rialto!

Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.

Late check-in after 7pm is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 7pm to 10.30pm, 45 euros from 10.30pm to 12am, 60 euros AFTER MIDNIGHT (WITHIN MAX 2AM)

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:

FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am.
