Warm lights, wooden beam ceilings, an attic where you can talk about the day's events and a roof terrace from which you can enjoy a wonderful view over the rooftops of magical Venice: this is just the beginning of the many things that my apartment will offer you! Get ready to treasure a dream stay, in the heart of this movie city: in the heart of Venice between the Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco!

Ca' San Lio has been recently renovated to guarantee maximum comfort. Here you will feel at home, the warm tones of wood and the soft lights to pamper you and immerse you with an unforgettable view over the rooftops of Venice, from the spacious roof terrace, in the atmosphere of this magical city.

The apartment is located on the second floor and, once you climb the stairs, it will welcome you with all its warmth, making every space available to you.

Upon entering you will find the living area which houses the relaxation area with two comfortable and large sofas, the dining table and the kitchen, equipped with everything needed for cooking. From here, you enter the double bedroom and the bathroom, equipped with a shower.

Going up to the second floor there is a lovely attic, another relaxation area and the second bathroom, also equipped with a shower. From here, access to the roof terrace, the typical Venetian "terrace" where you can relax, enjoy a glass of wine and admire Venice from above with a completely private and extraordinary view!

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with wifi, dishwasher, air conditioning, oven and TV; Sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided based on the number of guests.

Ca' San Lio is located in the heart of Venice, in the center of all the most famous places of interest in the city and will be the right starting point to discover this magical reality! It is located between two of the best known and loved districts, namely that of San Marco and that of Castello.

The first houses the symbols of the city: Piazza San Marco, the Rialto Bridge, La Fenice, Palazzo Dandolo etc. the one that, every day, leaves one tourist after another speechless.
The second represents the true, authentic and tradition-loving Venice.

The most residential area of Venice, where you can admire the Santa Maria Formosa area a few steps from home, that of San Giovanni e Paolo, the Fondamente nove, the enchanting promenade that leads to the Arsenal of Venice and then continues towards the Gardens of the Biennale and Sant'Elena.

In just 5 minutes, however, you can also visit the typical and vibrant San Polo district and the cheerful and lively Cannaregio district. While in just 12/15 minutes on foot you will also reach the suggestive area of Dorsoduro which you can access via the Accademia Bridge and you can admire the Basilica of Miracles and take pleasant walks along the foundations of the Zattere.

Get ready, therefore, to dive into an all-round journey, where you will discover the structural and architectural beauties of the city, but also its scents, its flavors... its essence! If you want to go home with a souvenir, go to La Beppa, a small shop close to home, characteristic of Venice!

CHECK-IN:

Check-in is free and guaranteed between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm and is agreed in advance by appointment, as there is no fixed reception but by checking in in person at the house.
Please inform the property of the methods and time of arrival in Venice at least one week in advance so that we can arrange an appointment with the person who will welcome you.

Access to the property will be in person, by agreed appointment and will take place within the times specified in the announcement. In the event of unforeseen events such as flight and/or train delays and other causes of force majeure, the appointment will be recalculated at our first available time. Upon check-in, ALL guests must provide a VALID identity document (driving license is valid ONLY for Italian guests).

Early check-in is NOT guaranteed, unless the facility is available and with the sole possibility of leaving luggage.

Starting from 7:00 PM, check-in requires a supplement:

7:00 PM – 10:30 PM 35 euros,
10:30 PM – 12:00 AM 45 euros,
12:00 AM – 1:00 AM 60 euros.
1:00 AM – 1:30 AM 110 euros
1:30 AM – 2:00 AM 160 euros

ATTENTION: AFTER 2:00 AM IT WILL NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE FACILITY, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF UNFORSEEN DIFFICULTIES. Check-in will be reassigned the day after the first available availability.

At the time of booking, a form will be sent, which must be carefully filled out by all guests with their personal data and attaching identity documents which will be used for the sole purpose of online registration with the State Police and ISTAT reporting.

At the same time as inserting the documents, the rental contract and the cost summary must be signed no later than one week after your arrival.

The tourist tax will be charged with your balance. Rates vary depending on the apartment, ranging from €3 to €5 per person per night.

NB. In case of failure to comply with one of the previous points, we do not guarantee access to the facility.

CHECK-OUT:

Check-out must be done no later than 10:00. It is not possible to request to leave luggage in the facility after 10:00.

PAYMENT AND CANCELATION:

We require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation.
Up to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to the booking deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the full booking amount.

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING:

The use of heating and cooling is dictated by the national and municipal regulations in force in the current year.
