The apartment, welcoming and comfortable, located on the ground floor has been renovated to offer you every comfort, and is composed of a kitchen (equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer), a romantic double bedroom with a spacious 2-door wardrobe , a living room with a sofa and a lovely bathroom with shower. There is also a small private internal courtyard.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with wifi, microwave, air conditioning and TV; sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided according to the number of guests.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT GROUPS OF FRIENDS UNDER 35 YO, ONLY FAMILIES - NO PARTIES - ONLY QUIET PEOPLE
EXTRA COSTS IMPORTANT :
A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.
After booking you will be asked to:
- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.
TOURIST TAX: you will be asked to pay it the day of your arrival via Airbnb and it is NOT included in the cost of the booking.
FULL PRICE: €3,00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: €1,50 PER PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS INCLUDED PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UP TO 10 YEARS (EXCLUDED)

CHECK-OUT: Check-out wuthin and no later than 10AM
