Cozy ground-floor apartment with private patio, located in a quiet, green setting just steps from the historic center of Fiera di Primerio, close to public transport and the ski bus, and just meters from a park and medical clinics.

The apartment comprises a spacious and welcoming living room with dining area, a well-equipped kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom, a private patio, and a garage. Guests also have access to a double sofa bed, tables, chairs, sun loungers, and umbrellas, as well as the use of bicycles.

IMPORTANT:

There is a fireplace in the house, but for safety reasons, IT CANNOT BE USED.

The tourist tax of €1 per person, per night, must be paid in cash upon check-in.

You will be asked to complete the online check-in form in advance with your guests information and sign two contracts. Upon check-in in place, you must have the original physical ID card/passport for ALL guests to show them to the staff who will welcome you. This has to be the same document used for online check-in.

Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM by appointment. After this time, self-check-in will be available. In this case, you will need to agree in advance an appointment to collect the tourist tax the following day.

You will have to inform us at least 7/5 days in advance about your expected arrival time.
