Casa Trecento means 'XIV century house'.

In fact It is located in one of the oldest areas of the city and because in the 14th century this building used to be the house of the local shoemaker. That's why the address is 'Calle Stivaletto' (Boot Street).

The owner of the apartment is an architect and she has tried to maintain the charm, artistic flavour and character of the place, while making it comfortable.

Warm, cosy and originally decorated, it is located on the first floor and it is composed of:

- a living room with a double lancet window
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a room with a large and confortable double bed
- a bathroom with shower.

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and has wifi connection, heating, microwave and washing machine ; sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided based on the number of guests.

Distance by foot from main attractions and services:
- Rialto Bridge, 2 minute walk
- St. Mark’s Square, 15 minute walk
- Accademia, 15 minute walk
- Typical Venetians winebars (bacari), cafés, restaurants and trendy shops, round the corner
- Fresh market (Rialto), round the corner
- Supermarket, 5 minute walk
- Pharmacy, around the corner.

EXTRA COSTS IMPORTANT :

A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

TOURIST TAX: you will be asked to pay it the day of your arrival via Airbnb and it is NOT included in the cost of the booking.

FULL PRICE: €3,00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: €1,50 PER PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS INCLUDED PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UP TO 10 YEARS (EXCLUDED)
