Luxurious and modern apartment located in Sestiere Castello, the heart of Venice.

Corte dei Greci has two double bedrooms and two fully modernized bathrooms. The bright living room consists of a fully equipped kitchen and a large window that leads to the amazing outdoor area, equipped with a Jacuzzi. The entire accommodation is decorated with marble and exposed beams. The apartment is few steps away from Piazza San Marco and all the places of historical and cultural interest.

CHECK IN: can be done from 3pm to 7pm.

A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with air conditioning i; kitchen with stove, coffee machine and oven; sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided according to the number of guests.


The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:

FULL PRICE: 3,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 1,50€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am.

JACUZZI: 50€ fee per time - only with cold water
