Located on the first floor of a typical Venetian building, this delightful two-room apartment is ideal for two people seeking tranquility, authenticity, and local charm. It is located on Giudecca Island, just steps from the charming Redentore boat stop, offering comfortable and quiet accommodations, away from the hectic tourist crowds yet well-connected to the heart of Venice.

The apartment comprises a bright double bedroom with simple, comfortable furnishings. A living room with a kitchenette, fully equipped for short or long stays, and a modern bathroom with a shower and all the amenities. Air conditioning in the hallway , free Wi-Fi, and linens and towels for 2 guests are included. The stairs do not lead to anything and to any other floor.

The island of Giudecca retains a popular and authentic feel, with its picturesque views, wooden piers, and breathtaking views of St. Mark's Basin. Just a few meters from the apartment is the extraordinary Church of the Redentore, a masterpiece by Andrea Palladio, built in the 16th century as a votive offering to commemorate the end of the plague. Every July, the famous Festa del Redentore (Redentore Festival) is celebrated here, with fireworks and a votive walkway connecting Giudecca to Venice.

The area is full of small bars, traditional restaurants, and artisan workshops, ideal for those who want to experience a more authentic Venice. A short vaporetto ride takes you to San Marco, the Zattere, Murano, and other lagoon islands.

CHECK-IN:



Check-in is free and guaranteed between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm and is agreed in advance by appointment, as there is no fixed reception but by checking in in person at the house.



Please inform the property of the methods and time of arrival in Venice at least one week in advance so that we can arrange an appointment with the person who will welcome you.



Access to the property will be in person, by agreed appointment and will take place within the times specified in the announcement. In the event of unforeseen events such as flight and/or train delays and other causes of force majeure, the appointment will be recalculated at our first available time. Upon check-in, ALL guests must provide a VALID identity document (driving license is valid ONLY for Italian guests).



Early check-in is NOT guaranteed, unless the facility is available and with the sole possibility of leaving luggage.



Starting from 7:00 PM, check-in requires a supplement:



7:00 PM - 10:30 PM 35 euros,



10:30 PM - 12:00 AM 45 euros,



12:00 AM - 1:00 AM 60 euros.



1:00 AM - 1:30 AM 110 euros



1:30 AM - 2:00 AM 160 euros



ATTENTION: AFTER 2:00 AM IT WILL NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE FACILITY, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF UNFORSEEN DIFFICULTIES. Check-in will be reassigned the day after the first available availability.



At the time of booking, a form will be sent, which must be carefully filled out by all guests with their personal data and attaching identity documents which will be used for the sole purpose of online registration with the State Police and ISTAT reporting.



At the same time as inserting the documents, the rental contract and the cost summary must be signed no later than one week after your arrival.



The tourist tax will be requested on the day of arrival via Airbnb and is NOT included in the cost of the booking. The rates are as follows: FULL PRICE: €4.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. REDUCED PRICE: €2.00 PER PERSON OF AGE INCLUDED 10/15 YEARS INCLUDED PER NIGHT. FREE FOR CHILDREN UP TO 10 YEARS EXCLUDED.



NB. In case of failure to comply with one of the previous points, we do not guarantee access to the facility.



CHECK-OUT: Check-out must be done no later than 10:00. It is not possible to request to leave luggage in the facility after 10:00.



HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING:



The use of heating and cooling is dictated by the national and municipal regulations in force in the current year.
