Il Nido di San Stae is a beautiful apartment located next to the Church of S. Stae, a few steps from the vaporetto stop “S.Stae”. Furnished in Venetian style with precious curtains and paintings on the walls, is perfect for families or small groups of friends who want to enjoy a few days in beautiful Venice.
It has a bedroom with a canopy double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with double sinks and shower, a small kitchen and a beautiful living room with dining table.
This apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is equipped with wifi connection, stove, microwave, kitchen utensils, washing machine and television; Furthermore, sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are provided according to the number of guests.
Santa Croce district is the most peaceful and quiet one. Nontheless in this area there are many traditional restaurants, cozy bars, and nice secondary squares, like Campo San Giacomo, where you can enjoy a walk getting a glimpse of the real Venice, made up of screaming kids running after a ball or jumping rope. This area is also strategic as it is a midway point from the bus and train station (10 minutes walking) and the heart of the city : Rialto bridge (other 10 minutes walking). The apartment is also very close to some attractions as the Natural History Museum, and the art museum of Ca' Pesaro.
Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.
Late check-in after 7pm is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 7pm to 10.30pm, 45 euros from 10.30pm to 12am, 60 euros AFTER MIDNIGHT (WITHIN MAX 2AM)
After booking you will be asked to:
- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.
The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:
FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.
