La Boheme is a magnificent and bright apartment located on the second floor of a building located in the "Sestiere Castello" near the Venice Biennale and the historical Via Garibaldi. The apartment has been completely renovated in 2021. This accommodation is perfect for couples and travelers who want to enjoy a few days in beautiful Venice.
It is on 2 floors. The first floor consists of a bright living area with a sofa and a dining table. The floor is parquet and the style is a beautiful mix of modern and antique design. Also on the first floor there is a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The sleeping area is located on the second floor of the apartment and it’s a romantic wooden attic with a double bed.
The Boheme apartment is equipped with air conditioning, wifi connection and washing machine. It can accommodate a maximum of two people and is equipped with sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soaps based on the number of guests.
The apartment is located in Castello district, which is the largest of the six districts. It is one of the most local and less frequented by tourists, where you can still breathe an atmosphere of uniqueness. Connected to San Marco district by the bridge ''Ponte della Paglia'' it is truly a convenient area to reach Piazza San Marco on foot and visit the Basilica, Palazzo Ducale and all the other sites in around there. The flat is also located near Via Garibaldi, the only properly called ''street'' in Venice, and immersed in the greenest area of Venice, the famous Giardini. The location is strategic to visit the famous Venice Biennale, which is just a few minutes walk away.
Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.
Late check-in after 7pm is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 7pm to 10.30pm, 45 euros from 10.30pm to 12am, 60 euros AFTER MIDNIGHT (WITHIN MAX 2AM)
After booking you will be asked to:
- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.
The CITY TAX must be payed cash on arrival and it's not included in the cost of the stay. FULL PRICE: 4,00€ each person per night.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ each person per night (aged between 10/16 years old).
FREE for children under 10 years old.
Check-out must be done within 10:00 am, it is not possible to leave the luggages in the apartment after 10:00am.
