Charming and cosy family house, fully renovated, in the quiet and traditional Venetian borough of Cannaregio next to the Ghetto of Venice . Original XVIII century "Terra – Cielo" ("ground to sky") structure on 3 levels with exposed wooden beams, Venetian floors and a beautiful terrace offering breathtaking views over the rooftops.

The apartment is on three levels. You access to the apartment from the nicely decorated entrance on the first floor where you find a first big bedroom with double bed ( furnished with wardrobe and television),complete with its own ensuite bathroom with shower. Climbing up the stairs you reach the second floor where you find the second bedroom complete with a comfortable double bed and a television. In the same floor you also find a cozy small living area. The last flight of stairs takes you to the bright attic kitchen/living area fully furnished with all the amenities needed to enjoy meals together. From the kitchen you have direct access to the amazing terrace with the overview on Venice rooftops, perfect to enjoy a glass of wine relaxing after spending the day walking around this incredible city!

Equipped with all required amenities (A/C in all the rooms, dishwasher, moka, oven, microwave, wifi, kettle) it is the perfect accommodation for families and small groups of friends up to a maximum of 5 people. In fact, other than the bedrooms, a sofa bed can also be prepared.

The house is located in a narrow and peaceful "calle" (venetian for "street"), crossing the Cannaregio canal, at 10 minutes' walk from the train station and with a direct connection to the M. Polo Airport (40 min) via Alilaguna boat-line service. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services of the area: the renowned fish market of Ponte delle Guglie, the traditional Jewish Bakery Shop of the Ghetto, our corner bar for the perfect Spritz… and of course supermarkets and food stores.

Check-in is from 3PM, and you need to be in touch with us so that we can provide you with the correct position of the apartment .

NEW CONDITIONS FOR CHECK IN FROM JANUARY 2025 ON:

Check in is free and guarnteed from 3pm to 7pm. A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.
After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:

FULL PRICE: 4€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am
