Located on the second floor of a modern building with elevator access, this apartment offers comfort, style, and functionality. The bathroom is elegant and practical, featuring a large walk-in shower and high-quality finishes.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook comfortably, even for longer stays. The cozy and well-organized living area is perfect for remote work, watching TV, or simply relaxing.

The apartment accommodates up to two guests and includes fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, stovetop, and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine. Fresh linens, towels, shampoo, and soap are provided according to the number of guests.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in is free of charge and guaranteed between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM.

Guests are kindly requested to inform the property of their arrival details and expected arrival time in Venice at least one week in advance, in order to ensure the best possible welcome.

Access to the property will be self check-in, within the time frames specified in the listing.
At check-in, ALL guests must be in possession of a VALID identity document (a driving license is accepted only for Italian guests).

Early check-in is NOT guaranteed, unless subject to property availability, and only luggage drop-off may be possible.

At the time of booking, a form will be sent, which must be carefully completed by all guests with their personal details and by uploading valid identity documents. These documents will be used exclusively for mandatory online registration with the Italian State Police and for ISTAT reporting purposes.

At the same time as submitting the documents, the rental agreement and the cost summary must be signed no later than one week prior to arrival.

TOURIST TAX:

The tourist tax will be requested on the day of arrival via Airbnb and is NOT included in the booking price.

Applicable rates are as follows:
FULL RATE: €9.50 per person, per night
FREE: Guests under 18 years of age are exempt

NOTE: Failure to comply with any of the above requirements may result in denied access to the property.

CHECK-OUT:

Check-out must be completed no later than 10:00 AM.
It is not possible to store luggage at the property after 10:00 AM.

HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING:

The use of heating and air conditioning is regulated in accordance with current national and municipal regulations in force during the year.
