Located on the second floor of a modern building with elevator access, this apartment offers comfort, style, and functionality. The bright and spacious double bedroom is furnished in a clean, modern style,ideal for unwinding after a day of work or exploring the city. The bathroom is elegant and practical, featuring a large walk-in shower and high-quality finishes.

The separate, fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to cook comfortably, even for longer stays. The cozy and well-organized living area is perfect for remote work, watching TV, or simply relaxing.

The apartment accommodates up to two guests and includes fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV, a fully equipped kitchen with cutlery, stovetop, and dishwasher, as well as a washing machine. Fresh linens, towels, shampoo, and soap are provided according to the number of guests.

The true highlight is the private terrace overlooking the Navigli canals, an ideal spot to enjoy breakfast in the morning or sip an evening aperitivo while taking in the magical atmosphere of this iconic neighborhood



After booking, guests will receive a registration form that must be carefully completed by all guests, including personal details and a copy of a valid ID. This information is required exclusively for mandatory online registration with the Italian State Police and for ISTAT reporting, in accordance with local regulations.

At the same time as uploading the documents, guests are required to sign the rental agreement and the cost summary no later than one week prior to arrival.

The city tax is not included in the booking price and will be requested via Airbnb on the day of arrival. Applicable rates are as follows:
• Standard rate: €4.00 per person, per night
• Reduced rate: €2.00 per person, per night (ages 10–15 inclusive)
• Free of charge: children under 10 years of age

Please note that failure to comply with any of the above requirements may result in denied access to the property.

Check-out: Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Luggage storage after this time is not available.

The use of heating and air conditioning is regulated by current national and local laws and will be managed in compliance with applicable regulations during your stay.
