Lilia's Loft is an extraordinary and cozy apartment located on the top floor of a building in the "Sestiere Cannaregio" with a beautiful terrace that has just been restored, in an area full of typical restaurants where you can enjoy a "cicheto" with the typical spritz.

The entire loft has just been renovated in a modern and original style and consists of a comfortable living room with a fully equipped modern kitchenette and access to the terrace, a comfortable double bedroom, a comfortable single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation, with exposed beams and a splendid terrace overlooking a typical Venetian canal, is suitable for couples and travelers who want to enjoy a few days in beautiful Venice.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with air conditioning, internet connection, TV, moka and washing machine; Furthermore, sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are provided based on the number of guests.

The flat is located in the lively and authenic area of Cannaregio. It is at 10 minutes' walk from the train station and with a direct connection to the M. Polo Airport (40 min) via Alilaguna boat-line service. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services of the area: the renowned fish market of Ponte delle Guglie, the traditional Jewish Bakery Shop of the Ghetto, and Fondamenta della Misericordia which is the best happy hour spot… and of course supermarkets and food stores.


CHECK IN: It can be done from 3pm to 7pm.

A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.


The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:

FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/16 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am.
