Characteristic apartment located a stone's throw from Accademia Bridge and 10 minutes walking to get to San Marco's Square.

Apartment located on the third floor of a building near the famous Gallerie dell'Accademia. The accommodation has a spacious and bright living room with a nice balcony with a view, a small kitchen equipped with everything you need and a beautiful attic bedroom with a long glass window with a magnificent view of the city. We urge to point out that the staircase to reach the attic is very particular and could be challenging for guests with reduced mobility (before booking, check the photos carefully - there is no handrail).

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and has a balcony with city view, air conditioning in the bedroom, wifi, kitchen with stove, oven and kettle; sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided based on the number of guests.

Dorsoduro is the most youthful district of Venice, in fact it can be considered the university district of the city. Campo Santa Margherita is the beating heart of this area, a meeting point for students who flock to the many bars in the square for the happy area. Not only the hub of the nightlife, in fact there are also many tourist attractions to visit that are located in this area such as the famous Gallerie dell'Accademia with the masterpieces of the famous Venetian artists, the renowned Peggy Guggenheim Collection , and Punta della Dogana.
The apartment is very close to all these attractions, moreover it's also in a very covenient position to reach San Marco Square by feet.

A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.


The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:

FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am.
