Residenza 3B is a cozy and modern apartment just restored (2022) located on the ground floor of a Venetian building in "Sestiere Santa Croce" not far from Piazzale Roma and from the train station.
This pretty apartment is composed of a equipped kitchen, a bright living area with exposed beams, one large double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
The accommodation offered is suitable for couples and for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the beautiful Venice.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people, and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom and wifi connection; moreover sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap are provided according to the number of guests.
Santa Croce district is the most peaceful and quiet one. Nontheless in this area there are many traditional restaurants, cozy bars, and nice secondary squares, like Campo San Giacomo, where you can enjoy a walk getting a glimpse of the real Venice, made up of screaming kids running after a ball or jumping rope. This area is also strategic as it is a midway point from the bus and train station (10 minutes walking) and the heart of the city : Rialto bridge (other 10 minutes walking). The apartment is also very close to some attractions as the Natural History Museum, and the art museum of Ca' Pesaro.
A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.
After booking you will be asked to:
- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.
The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:
FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS PER NIGHT.
