Residenza Al Mercato is a cozy and wonderful apartment located on the fourth floor of a Venetian building in "Sestiere San Polo" close to the historical Rialto Market and Rialto Bridge.

This modern flat is composed of a bright and comfortable living area with exposed beams, an equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom and a windowed bathroom with shower. The house is spacious and just above Rialto Market; from the windows you have a view on the canal below, and you can catch sight of the Grand Canal.
The accommodation is suitable for couples and travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the beautiful Venice.

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with super fast internet and air conditioning in the bedroom; kitchen with stove, coffee machine and kettle; sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap are also provided according to the number of guests.

The main attractions in Sestiere San Polo, are Rialto bridge, the famous Rialto market where you can buy fresh fish, vegetables and fruits, and the amazing Basilica dei Frari with many Renaissance artists' artworks, among which Tiziano's ones. In this area , just before Rialto bridge there is venitians' favourite happy hour corner ''Erbaria'' . The apartment is basically just above Rialto Market, which means it's three minutes walking from Rialto bridge.

Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.

Late check-in after 7pm is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 7pm to 10.30pm, 45 euros from 10.30pm to 12am, 60 euros AFTER MIDNIGHT (WITHIN MAX 2AM)

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:

FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/16 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am.
