The apartment is on the first floor and has a bright and modern living area with equipped kitchen and lounge with typical exposed beams; the bedroom is spacious and lovely overlooking the canal giving a wonderful view. The apartment has also another bedrooms with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower separated from the toilet. The accommodation is within easy reach of the main bus and train stations.
Equipped with all the necessary services (air conditioning in the living room, dishwasher, moka coffee maker, oven, wifi, kettle) it can accommodate up to 2 people and is also provided with sheets, blankets, pillow covers, towels, shampoo and soaps according to the number of guests.
The flat is located in the lively and authenic area of Cannaregio. It is at 10 minutes' walk from the train station and with a direct connection to the M. Polo Airport (40 min) via Alilaguna boat-line service. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services of the area: the renowned fish market of Ponte delle Guglie, the traditional Jewish Bakery Shop of the Ghetto, and Fondamenta della Misericordia which is the best happy hour spot… and of course supermarkets and food stores.
Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.
Late check-in after 7pm is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 7pm to 10.30pm, 45 euros from 10.30pm to 12am, 60 euros AFTER MIDNIGHT (WITHIN MAX 2AM)
After booking you will be asked to:
- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.
The CITY TAX must be payed cash on arrival and it's not included in the cost of the stay. FULL PRICE: 4,00€ each person per night.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ each person per night (aged between 10/15 years old).
FREE for children under 10 years old.
Check-out must be done within 10:00 am, it is not possible to leave the luggages in the apartment after 10:00am.
