Renata is an elegant and refined apartment of 100mq, located on the first floor of a Venetian building in "Sestiere Castello", near the Giardini della Biennale.

The flat is composed of a graceful living area, a equipped kitchen, two spacious and elegant double rooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed) and a bathroom with shower.

The accommodation offered is suitable for families with children, couples, but also for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the beautiful Venice. Equipped with television, wifi connection, washing machine, dishes and cutlery, coffee maker and kettle and microwave, the accommodation can host a maximum of 4 people and is also equipped with sheets, blankets, pillow covers, towels, shampoo and soaps according to the number of guests.

The apartment is located in Castello district, which is the largest of the six districts. It is one of the most local and less frequented by tourists, where you can still breathe an atmosphere of uniqueness. Connected to San Marco district by the bridge ''Ponte della Paglia'' it is truly a convenient area to reach Piazza San Marco on foot and visit the Basilica, Palazzo Ducale and all the other sites in around there. The flat is also located near Via Garibaldi, the only properly called ''street'' in Venice, and immersed in the greenest area of Venice, the famous Giardini. The location is strategic to visit the famous Venice Biennale, which is just a few minutes walk away.

A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

An identity document with a photo (ID card or Passport) of each guest must be showed in order to be registered at Municipality.

The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:

FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/16 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am.
