Residenza Cavana is a lovely apartment furnished in a modern and tasteful style on the first floor of a recently restored building in the Dorsoduro district, near the historic church of San Sebastiano.

This comfortable flat is located outside Venice's tourist flow and it is easily accessible, in fact it is located on the first floor. It is composed of a fully equipped kitchen (with utensils, coffe maker, oven and stove), a bright living area with a comfortable sofa, a bathroom with shower, a spacious and bright double bedroom, and a comfortable single one.
The accommodation offered is suitable for families with children, couples, but also for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the splendid Venice.

The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people and is equipped with air conditioning in the bedroom, wifi connection, washing machine, coffee maker, oven, stove; and sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soaps based on the number of guests.

Dorsoduro is the most youthful district of Venice, in fact it can be considered the university district of the city. Campo Santa Margherita is the beating heart of this area, a meeting point for students who flock to the many bars in the square for the happy area. Not only the hub of the nightlife, in fact there are also many tourist attractions to visit that are located in this area such as the famous Gallerie dell'Accademia with the masterpieces of the famous Venetian artists, the renowned Peggy Guggenheim Collection , and Punta della Dogana.
The apartment is a 10/15 minute walk from all these attractions, being right behind Campo Santa Margherita, but at the same time outside the tourist flow in the most peaceful area of ​​the district, and 15 minutes from the train and bus stations (Piazzale Roma).

Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.

Late check-in after 7pm is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 7pm to 10.30pm, 45 euros from 10.30pm to 12am, 60 euros AFTER MIDNIGHT (WITHIN MAX 2AM)

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:

FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am.
