Residenza dell'Arte is a gorgeous and modern apartment located on the fourth floor, with lift, of a newly renovated building in "Giudecca Island'' .

This fascinating apartment is composed of a new and equipped kitchen with all you may need to cook, a bright and spacious living area with dining table and a nice sofa, one large and comfortabtable bedroom with one double bed and a fully equipped bathroom with bathtub.
The accommodation offered is suitable for couples and travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the beautiful Venice.

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people, has a lift in the building, and is equipped with air conditioning, , coffee maker, stove; moreover sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap are provided according to the number of guests.

Giudecca Island is the biggest of Venice islands and being, as the crow flies, in front of Zattere area, it is also the closest to the historic center; in fact it will only take a few minutes ride on a waterbus to be in a distance of a twenty minutes walk to get to Piazza San Marco. the island itself it is also worth a visit, in fact, as well as being a very quiet and residential area out of the tourist flow, with a walk you can reach the Church of Santissimo Redentore, designed by Palladio, and the renowned neo-Gothic Tre Oci palace where exhibitions of contemporary works of art are often organized . The apartment is also located near the luxurious Molino Stucky hotel, and near many good restaurants and also convenient supermarkets.

Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.

Late check-in after 7pm is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 7pm to 10.30pm, 45 euros from 10.30pm to 12am, 60 euros AFTER MIDNIGHT (WITHIN MAX 2AM)

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:

FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am.
