Luxurious apartment on the ground floor located in the picturesque Dorsoduro district.

The living area is small but bright and well furnished with a sitting area and kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking: fridge, stove, dishes and cutlery, microwave, moka and kettle. The master bedroom has a typical Venetian style with exposed beams. The private bathroom is equipped with a modern shower. Residenza La Salute is located in the heart of Venice: the location is excellent for reaching St. Mark's Square in a few minutes or enjoying the sunset from Punta della Dogana. The accommodation offered is ideal for couples, but also for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the splendid Venice.

The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with air conditioning in the living area, wifi connection, TV, coffee maker, stove, microwave and kettle; moreover sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap are provided according to the number of guests.

Dorsoduro is the most youthful district of Venice, in fact it can be considered the university district of the city. Campo Santa Margherita is the beating heart of this area, a meeting point for students who flock to the many bars in the square for the happy area. Not only the hub of the nightlife, in fact there are also many tourist attractions to visit that are located in this area such as the famous Gallerie dell'Accademia with the masterpieces of the famous Venetian artists, the renowned Peggy Guggenheim Collection , and Punta della Dogana.
The apartment is very close to all these attractions, moreover it's also in a very covenient position to reach San Marco Square by feet.

A late check-in after 19:00 is possible at an additional cost: 35 euro from 19:00 to 22:30, 45 euro from 22:30 to 00:00, 60 euro from 00:00 to 1AM. After this time every 30 minutes will be asked another 50€ UNTIL MAX 2AM. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE CHECK IN AFTER 2AM, NOT EVEN IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN DIFFICULTY.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.


The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:

FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/15 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.

CHECK-OUT: Check-out is no later than 10 am.
