Residenza Ludovica is a modern, comfortable and well furnished apartment located on the fifth floor (without lift) of a renovated building in "Sestiere San Marco" in the heart of Venice.
The apartment, located on the fifth floor has big windows so it is very bright and it is also very spacious. It is composed of a equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to enjoy a nice meal, a well decorated living room with television and dining table, a double bedroom with a panorama of the bell tower of San Marco and a bathroom with shower. The accommodation offered is suitable for couples and for travelers who want to enjoy a few days in the beautiful Venice.
The apartment can accommodate up to 2 people and is equipped with wifi connection, TV, air conditioning in the living area, cutlery, stove, coffee machine and kettle; also sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo and soap are provided based on the number of guests.
San Marco district is the tourist heart of Venice with famous monuments such as the Basilica di San Marco, Palazzo Ducale and Ponte dei Sospiri. The area is always crowded and there are many restaurants near Piazza San Marco as well as in the surrounding areas which offer multilingual menus for international tourists. The area is provided also of many shops and supermarkets. The apartment position is perfect to visti Piazza San Marco with a short walk and to reach Rialto bridge.
Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.
Late check-in after 7pm is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 7pm to 10.30pm, 45 euros from 10.30pm to 12am, 60 euros AFTER MIDNIGHT (WITHIN MAX 2AM)
After booking you will be asked to:
- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.
The TOURIST TAX must be payed cash on the arrival and it's not included in the apartment's booking:
FULL PRICE: 4,00€ EACH PERSON PER NIGHT.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ EACH PERSON AGED BETWEEN 10/16 YEARS PER NIGHT.
FREE FOR CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 10.
