Residenza Riccardo, located in the beautiful Cannaregio district, is perfect for those who want to visit Venice in a convenient and quiet location.
Easy accessible as it's located on the first floor, it has a bright and modern living area with equipped kitchen, dining table, and living room with typical exposed beams; there are 2 bedrooms: a spacious double bedroom with a large wardrobe and a bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed, in both there is a TV (only possible to use with wifi) . In the hallway we find the bathroom with shower, bidet, and washing machine. The accommodation is located a short distance from the main stations: the bus and train stations.
Equipped with all the necessary services (air conditioning in the living room, heating, dishes and cutlery, moka, oven, hairdryer and washing machine) it can accommodate up to 3 people and is also equipped with sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soap based on the number of guests.
The flat is located in the lively and authenic area of Cannaregio. It is at 10 minutes' walk from the train station and with a direct connection to the M. Polo Airport (40 min) via Alilaguna boat-line service. Off the beaten track, but close to all the services of the area: the renowned fish market of Ponte delle Guglie, the traditional Jewish Bakery Shop of the Ghetto, and Fondamenta della Misericordia which is the best happy hour spot… and of course supermarkets and food stores.
Check-in must be done between 3pm and 7pm.
Late check-in after 7pm is possible at an additional cost: 35 euros from 7pm to 10.30pm, 45 euros from 10.30pm to 12am, 60 euros AFTER MIDNIGHT (WITHIN MAX 2AM)
After booking you will be asked to:
- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.
The CITY TAX must be payed cash on arrival and it's not included in the cost of the stay. FULL PRICE: 4,00€ each person per night.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ each person per night (aged between 10/15 years old).
FREE for children under 10 years old.
Check-out must be done within 10:00 am, it is not possible to leave the luggages in the apartment after 10:00am.
