Residenza Santa Chiara

In the heart of the charming Cannaregio district, just steps from San Girolamo, stands Residenza Santa Chiara, a recently renovated apartment that combines the charm of authentic Venice with modern comforts.

Located on the ground floor of a quiet Venetian condominium, the accommodation welcomes guests into a bright, well-maintained, and elegant space.

The apartment features a welcoming double bedroom, a modern bathroom with shower ensuite and one connected to the spacious living room, ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring the streets and canals. Outside, there's a pleasant shared garden area, perfect for an al fresco breakfast or a quiet moment immersed in the typical Venetian atmosphere.

Residenza Santa Chiara is the ideal choice for two guests, but can accommodate up to three for a small additional fee. Every detail has been carefully considered to offer a comfortable, bright, and authentic stay in one of the city's liveliest and most authentic neighborhoods, filled with traditional restaurants, bacari (typical Venetian taverns), and picturesque views.

Equipped with all the necessary amenities (air conditioning, washing machine, moka pot, oven, Wi-Fi, kettle, and TV), it can accommodate up to two people (three for an additional fee). It also comes with sheets, blankets, pillowcases, towels, shampoo, and soap depending on the number of guests.

IMPORTANT:

When booked for 3 guests we suggest family accommodation, not 3 adult accommodation.


CHECK-IN:

Check-in is free and guaranteed between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm and is agreed in advance by appointment, as there is no fixed reception but by checking in in person at the house.



Please inform the property of the methods and time of arrival in Venice at least one week in advance so that we can arrange an appointment with the person who will welcome you.



Access to the property will be in person, by agreed appointment and will take place within the times specified in the announcement. In the event of unforeseen events such as flight and/or train delays and other causes of force majeure, the appointment will be recalculated at our first available time. Upon check-in, ALL guests must provide a VALID identity document (driving license is valid ONLY for Italian guests).



Early check-in is NOT guaranteed, unless the facility is available and with the sole possibility of leaving luggage.



Starting from 7:00 PM, check-in requires a supplement:



7:00 PM - 10:30 PM 35 euros,



10:30 PM - 12:00 AM 45 euros,



12:00 AM - 1:00 AM 60 euros.



1:00 AM - 1:30 AM 110 euros



1:30 AM - 2:00 AM 160 euros



ATTENTION: AFTER 2:00 AM IT WILL NO LONGER BE POSSIBLE TO ENTER THE FACILITY, EVEN IN THE EVENT OF UNFORSEEN DIFFICULTIES. Check-in will be reassigned the day after the first available availability.



At the time of booking, a form will be sent, which must be carefully filled out by all guests with their personal data and attaching identity documents which will be used for the sole purpose of online registration with the State Police and ISTAT reporting.



At the same time as inserting the documents, the rental contract and the cost summary must be signed no later than one week after your arrival.



The tourist tax is excluded. The rates are as follows: FULL PRICE: €4.00 PER PERSON PER NIGHT. REDUCED PRICE: €2.00 PER PERSON OF AGE INCLUDED 10/15 YEARS INCLUDED PER NIGHT. FREE FOR CHILDREN UP TO 10 YEARS EXCLUDED.



NB. In case of failure to comply with one of the previous points, we do not guarantee access to the facility.



CHECK-OUT: Check-out must be done no later than 10:00. It is not possible to request to leave luggage in the facility after 10:00.



HEATING / AIR CONDITIONING:



The use of heating and cooling is dictated by the national and municipal regulations in force in the current year.
