Sogno sull'Acqua is a beautiful apartment, recently restored, located near the Arsenale of Venice where the famous Biennale of art and architecture is held. The apartment is located on the ground floor on a raised level and it is furnished in a modern style with design furniture and it has a wonderful view of a typical Venetian canal and the Church of San Martino.

It consists of a large bright living room with sofas and TV, a kitchen with a peninsula where you can enjoy an “aperitivo” and relax after spending the day exploring the wonders of Venice. The sleeping area consists of 3 finely furnished double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people and is equipped with all comforts: air conditioning (in the living room and in one of the bedrooms) , wifi connection, washing machine, dishwasher, TV. Sheets, blankets, pillow cases, towels, shampoo and soaps are provided based on the number of guests.

The apartment is located in a strategic position to visit the famous Venice Biennale and very convenient to public transport to reach the Lido of Venice with a short trip by vaporetto, where the Venice Film Festival is held every summer.

The apartment is located in Castello district, which is the largest of the six districts. It is one of the most local and less frequented by tourists, where you can still breathe an atmosphere of uniqueness. Connected to San Marco district by the bridge ''Ponte della Paglia'' it is truly a convenient area to reach Piazza San Marco on foot and visit the Basilica, Palazzo Ducale and all the other sites in around there. The flat is also located near Via Garibaldi, the only properly called ''street'' in Venice, and immersed in the greenest area of Venice, the famous Giardini. The location is strategic to visit the famous Venice Biennale, which is just a few minutes walk away.

Check-in is from 3PM, and you need to be in touch with us so that we can provide you with the correct position of the apartment and the code to get inside.

After booking you will be asked to:

- fill out a form online with your personal information for mandatory registration to the PS;
- sign the rental contract and the summary of costs;
This has to be done no later than one week before your arrival.

The CITY TAX must be payed cash on arrival and it's not included in the cost of the stay. FULL PRICE: 4,00€ each person per night.
REDUCED PRICE: 2,00€ each person per night (aged between 10/16 years old).
FREE for children under 10 years old.

Check-out must be done within 10:00 am, it is not possible to leave the luggages in the apartment after 10:00am.
