We require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your reservation.
Up to 8 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is equal to the booking deposit. If you cancel within 7 days of arrival, the cancellation fee will be the full booking amount.

The tourist tax will also be required to pay the balance of your reservation. This tax will be calculated automatically after completing the online check-in process based on the ages of your guests. Therefore, to pay the balance of your reservation, you will need to log in to the guest portal, complete the online check-in process, and make the final payment.
